At gultana.com, we take pride in offering premium, long-lasting inspired perfumes crafted with care and delivered in pristine condition. Due to the nature of fragrance products, we maintain a strict hygiene policy and a fair return process in line with UAE Consumer Protection Law.

π Exchange & Return Conditions
While we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, exchanges may be accepted under the following conditions:
β The product is returned within 7 days of delivery
β The item remains sealed, unused, and in its original packaging, including all plastic wraps, barcodes, and brand labels
β The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any price differences in exchanged items
β Opened, sprayed, or used perfumes cannot be returned under any circumstances
β οΈ Faulty or Incorrect Items
You may be eligible for an exchange or refund if:
β The item is defective, damaged internally, or not functioning as intended (subject to inspection)
β You received the wrong item β please do not open or test the perfume and notify us immediately
β Items reported as faulty may be sent to our supplier or manufacturer for quality verification, which will be completed within a reasonable timeframe
π¦ Damaged Orders in Transit
In case your order arrives physically damaged:
β Take clear photos of the damaged product and outer packaging
β Retain all original packaging and materials
β Contact our customer support within 24β48 hours of delivery
β Depending on courier policy, you may be asked to submit the item to a local branch for formal inspection
π§Ύ Proof of Purchase & Product Verification
β A valid invoice or order confirmation is required for all returns and inspections
β All returned products undergo barcode and seal inspection
β Products showing signs of misuse, improper storage, or tampering are not eligible for return or refund

β All Gultana perfumes are packed and shipped in new, factory-sealed condition
β If a product shows minor external imperfections (e.g., cosmetic box dents), we will inform you prior to shipping
β Returns sent without prior approval or outside of eligibility terms will not be accepted
